Declaration that Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Whangarei District Council on the 21st day of May 1993:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Whangarei District Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be a reserve for scenic purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Manukau City Council on the 12th day of May 1993:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said city and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for local purposes (drainage) within the meaning of the said Act."

Resource Management Act 1991
Transfer of Esplanade Reserve
Pursuant to section 236 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, with the prior written agreement of The Tasman District Council, hereby declares that the esplanade reserve described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be vested in and administered by The Tasman District Council, but instead shall vest in the Crown and be classified as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall be administered by the Minister of Conservation in accordance with this classification.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development, hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1993, No. 16.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
