Area Health Boards Act 1983

Land Held in Trust for Hospital Purposes to be Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948 in the Tasman District

Pursuant to section 79 (5) of the Area Health Boards Act 1983, the Minister of Health declares the land described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purposes of the Nelson-Marlborough Area Health Board and shall vest in the Crown as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 freed of all reservations or trust but subject to all leases rights or easements affecting the same at the date hereto.
