New Zealand Walkways Act 1990

Declaration that Land is a Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the walkway shall be known as the Stony River (Hangatahua) Walkway.

Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from an historic reserve to a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Whangarei District Council on the 21st day of May 1993:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Whangarei District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for scenic purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Declaration that Land is a Reserve Together With Naming of the Reserve

Pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies the following resolution was passed by The Far North District Council on the 8th day of April 1993, and hereby further notifies that the reserve shall hereafter be known as the Te Pikinga Scenic Reserve:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Far North District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said district council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a scenic reserve be known as Te Pikinga Scenic Reserve."
