Road Re-Alignment in Wanganui District (State Highway No. 4, Otamaoa)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall form part of State Highway No. 4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 475, folio 163.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 475, folio 163.
