As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 13051, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Land Acquired for Road and Land Declared to be Road in the District of Buller

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road, and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall remain vested in the Crown.

First Schedule

Nelson Land District—Buller District

480 square metres, being part Section 28, Block V, Brighton Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 15036, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Buller District

Area m² Being
9400 Crown land - Riverbed, situated in Block I, Brighton Survey District; as shown marked “B” on plan.
55 Crown land reserved from sale under section 58 of the Land Act 1948, situated in Block I, Brighton Survey District; marked “C” on plan.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 15036, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.
