Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for communal purposes for the common use and benefit of the owners thereof.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block II, Tokata Survey District and described as follows:

1.8210 Maraeunui 25, being all the land contained on partition order of the Court dated 1 December 1936.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreational ground, landing place and scenic reserve for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners of the former land known as part Kirikiri Pawhaoa B1A. The reservation is to be known as Pawhaoa reservation.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block II, Whangaruru Survey District and described as follows:

Area

1700 Part Lot 2, Deposited Plan 78455, and being part Kirikiri Pawhaoa B1A Block, and being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 34C, folio 406, North Auckland Registry.

Notice Including Land in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the Maori reservation created by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 113, page 2316 of the 18th day of June 1990.

Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the Maori.
