Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne, 1993, No. 1.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and Service Lane in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for service lane, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
