New Zealand Walkways Act 1990

Declaration That Land Shall be a Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that a walkway has been established over public land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the walkway shall be known as the Waikakaho/Cullen Creek Walkway.

Marlborough Land District—Marlborough District

All that area of land described as follows: Legal road, passing through part Section 6 and bounded to the west by Section 10, Block II, Cloudy Bay Survey District; and legal road bounded to the west, generally by Section 1 of 5, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Name of the Otaka Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Otaka Scenic Reserve, shall hereafter be known as the Otoko Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a gravel pit reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1993, No. 24.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
