Tokoroa Fire District Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Tokoroa Fire District Notice 1993.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 4th day of April 1993.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for the Fire District listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

4. The Urban areas of the town listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into the Fire District.

5. The boundaries of the constituted Fire District listed in the Schedule are defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Transit New Zealand

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on Part of State Highway No. 6 at Woodbourne

Pursuant to section 61 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw:

1. This bylaw may be cited as Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1993/1.

2. This bylaw shall come into force on the 26th day of March 1993.

3. In this bylaw “motor vehicle” has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962.

4. No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 80 kilometres an hour on that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) from a point 400 metres west of Jacksons Road (at Route Position 0/7.2) to a point 1400 metres west of Jacksons Road (at Route Position 0/8.2).

5. Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

This bylaw is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land hereby jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.
