Survey and Land Information

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road at Washdyke Stream, Kaikoura District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Blenheim, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Kaikoura District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Held for the Purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway Set Apart for Road (State Highway No. 1) in the District of Rangitikei

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and remain vested in the Crown.

Stopped Road in Manukau City to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 28D/780, subject to any encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.
