Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District, Horowhenua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, amend the notice dated the 17th day of March 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 July 1992, No. 114, page 2534, by removing “and Amalgamated in Block XIII, Mount Robinson Survey District” from the title and by removing “117 and 120 (3)” and “and amalgamated in certificate of title No. 38A/846, Wellington Land Registry” from the recital.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
