Road Realignment—State Highway 35, Makorori Hill—Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in the Crown, and which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 35.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule (now known as Section 2, S.O. 8623) to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2A/1342.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (3), declares the land described in the Third Schedule (now known as Section 3, S.O. 8623) to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2A/1342.

Realignment of Fernside/Matanui Roads—Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road vested in The Gisborne District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area marked “A” and coloured green (now known as Section 1, S.O. 5835) shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 3D/599.

(ii) The area marked “B” and coloured green (now known as Section 2, S.O. 5835) shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 3D/790, subject to mortgage 187566.1.

(iii) The area marked “A” and coloured green (now known as Section 1, S.O. 5834) shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 5B/181.
