Noxious Plants Act 1978

Declaration of Class B Noxious Plants in Hawke’s Bay Regional Council District Noxious Plants Authority (No. 5228; Ag. 1570-03-3)

  1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares the following plants set out in the Schedule hereto to be Class B noxious plants in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of the region of Hawke’s Bay Regional Council District Noxious Plants Authority.

  2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.

Schedule

Australian sedge (Carex longebrachiata)
Goat’s rue (Galega officinalis)
Lodge pole pine (Pinus contorta)
Old man’s beard (Clematis vitalba)

Notice Revoking Classification of Hemlock (Conium maculatum) as a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 5229; Ag. 1570-03-3)

  1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby revokes the declaration of hemlock (Conium maculatum) as a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of the region of Hawke’s Bay Regional Council District Noxious Plants Authority, appearing in the Schedule to the notice entitled Declaration of Class B Noxious Plants in Hawke’s Bay Regional Council District Noxious Plants Authority (No. 4966; Ag. 12/10/18/6) published in the New Zealand Gazette on 22 March 1990, No. 43, page 952.

  2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the Gazette.

A DECLARATION

Pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Patents Act 1953 and section 10 (2) of the Designs Act 1953, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare the South Island Agricultural Field Days to be held at Lincoln, New Zealand, from Wednesday, the 31st day of March 1993 to Friday, the 2nd day of April 1993 inclusive, to be an industrial exhibition for the purposes of the said Acts.

As witness the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General, this 1st day of March 1993.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Solway College, Masterton.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 9th day of February 1993. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
