Land Required for Road and Road Stopped—State Highway No. 2—Bartletts-Umuhaka, Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Land Acquired for Kaiti Beach Road—Gisborne District

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Gisborne District Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land.
