Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that:

(i) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/1366, subject to memorandum of mortgage 280303.2.

(ii) The portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/1390.
