Land Acquired for Road in Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Rotorua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(1) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway 35.

(2) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Easements for Radio Transmitter Site and Related Access at Tikiti

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of November 1992, published in New Zealand Gazette on the 10th day of December 1991, No. 201, page 4457, under the heading “Easements Acquired for Radio Transmitter Site and Related Access at Tikiti” by substituting the word “grantor” in the Second Schedule, Clauses 7 and 14 with the word “grantee”.
