Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands and at the request of the Napier City Council, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule is acquired for drainage purposes and shall vest in the Napier City Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land for Works Depot Purposes and Recreation Reserve in Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice, dated the 14th day of January 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 January 1993, No. 8, page 151 by vesting both areas in Her Majesty the Queen.
