Amending Gazette Notice Stopping and Vesting Road in Napier City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice, dated the 23rd day of December 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 January 1993 on page 41 (IN.217), under the heading “Road Stopped and Vested—Napier City) by deleting the word “being” in the Schedule and substituting the word “adjoining”.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:
