Road Realignment in Hamilton City

Pursuant to sections 114, 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road and limited access road and vested in the Crown.

(b) The piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining recreation reserve contained in Gazette notice H. 810684, South Auckland Land Registry.
