Road Stopped in Waikato District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 55, folio 62, subject to caveat B. 162137, South Auckland Land Registry.
