N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga District) Notice No. 2, 1993.

The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Tauranga City and Tauranga County) Notice No. 1, 1986, signed on the 18th day of November, 1986*, which relates to Cameron Road in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

Cameron Road: from Oban Road to No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga-Piarere).

The Traffic (Matamata Piako District) Notice No. 2, 1993

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:

N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Matamata Piako District) Notice No. 2, 1993.

The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The Traffic (Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated on the 5th day of June 1973, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.

SITUATED within Matamata Piako District at Tahuna:
Huia Street.
Ohinewai-Tahuna Road: from Tahuna-Morrinsville Road to a point 320 metres measured westerly, generally, along Ohinewai-Tahuna Road from Rimu Street.
Pioneer Road: from Tahuna-Morrinsville Road to a point 200 metres measured northerly, generally, along Pioneer Road from Huia Street.
Rimu Street.
Tahuna-Morrinsville Road: from Pioneer Road to a point 200 metres measured southerly, generally, along Tahuna-Morrinsville Road from Pioneer Road.

The Traffic (Clutha District) Notice No. 1, 1993

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Clutha District) Notice No. 1, 1993.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The following Traffic Notices are hereby revoked:

  1. The extract entitled Declaring Area to be a Closely Populated Locality for the Purposes of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, section 3, dated at Wellington on the 15th day of June 1948.
  2. The extract entitled Limited Speed Zone Declared, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, dated at Wellington on the 11th day of November 1959.
  3. The Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 2, 1972, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, dated at Wellington on the 26th day of April 1972.

Second Schedule
SITUATED within Clutha District at Stirling:
Balclutha-Kaitangata Road: from a point 50 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Balclutha-Kaitangata Road from Queen Street to a point 50 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Balclutha-Kaitangata Road from Anderson Road.
Stirling Hill Road: from a point 100 metres measured northerly, generally, along Stirling Hill Road from Nelson Road to a point 550 metres measured northerly, generally, along Stirling Hill Road from Nelson Road.
