International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Alexander Aviation Limited, trading as Dalair International Airfreighters of Christchurch, has applied for an international air service licence to permit the carrier to operate scheduled air services for the carriage of cargo and mail between New Zealand and Australia. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from Manager Air Services, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this proposal must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 14 January 1994.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Nelson City) Notice No. 1, 1993
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Nelson City) Notice No. 1, 1993.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The limitations as to speed on the following roads as imposed by the Traffic (Nelson City) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 16th day of July 1992*, are hereby revoked:

No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth).

First Schedule
SITUATED within Nelson City:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth): from a point 100 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Allisdair Street to a point 20 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Haven Road; and from a point 100 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Dryden Place to the southern boundary.
Nayland Road: from Saxton Road west to a point 250 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Nayland Road from Macefield Place.
Second Schedule
SITUATED within Nelson City:
Nayland Road: from Saxton Road west to a point 250 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Nayland Road from Macefield Place.
