Notice Cancelling a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 81, page 1568 of the 4th day of June 1992, is hereby cancelled.

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the Maori Reservation known as Te Kaha A1 constituted by a recommendation pursuant to section 439 (1) of the said Act published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 66, page 1812 on the 14th day of August 1975.

Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1993, No. 2.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981
Declaring Subsoil of the Rimutaka Railway Tunnel to be Acquired for Railway Purposes
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, all that subsoil of the land, below a plane 162 metres above mean sea level, described in the First Schedule hereto, and all that subsoil of the land, below a plane 144 metres above mean sea level, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

All that piece of land being 13.6000 hectares, situated in Block XV, Akatarawa and Blocks III and IV, Rimutaka Survey Districts, being part Lot 1, D.P. 47840; marked “D” on plan L.O. 36712 (S.O. 37101), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.
