AN AMENDING PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, G.C.M.G., D.B.E., the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that, whereas it was the intention that the easement taken in the notice with the above heading, dated the 22nd day of September 1972 and published the 5th day of October 1972, No. 81 at page 2074, would also be appurtenant to further adjoining land, the said Proclamation be amended by inserting in the Third Schedule the following:

38/10 perches, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 14629; all certificate of title 528/235.

An Easement Over Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Conservation Act 1987 in Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired, for the purposes of the Conservation Act 1987, over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice, and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
