Declaration That a Marginal Strip is Not Required

Pursuant to section 24B of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the marginal strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Act shall not apply in the case of disposition of the land in the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land

Reserves Act 1977

Vesting of a Reserve in The Auckland City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Auckland City Council in trust for recreation purposes.
