Officers in The Hurunui District Council Authorised to Take Statutory Declarations
Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, I hereby authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the local authority specified in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations under the said Act.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that EVA Air has applied for an International Air Service Licence to permit the company to operate scheduled air services for the carriage of passengers between Taiwan and New Zealand. Further details of this application may be obtained from the Acting Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before the 3rd day of December 1993.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1993
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1993.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
So much of the Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 3, 1986, signed on the 12th day of August 1986*, which relates to roads in the Schedules below, and so much of the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 2, 1990, signed on the 28th day of September 1990†, which relates to roads in the Schedules below, both issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, are revoked.
First Schedule
SITUATED within Rodney District
At Snells Beach:
Mahurangi East Road: from a point 250 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Governor Grey Road to Alexander Road.
At Warkworth:
Matakana Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 300 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Sandspit Road.
Second Schedule
SITUATED within Rodney District:
At Huapai and Kumeu:
Oraha Road: from a point 400 metres measured north easterly, generally, along the said road from No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford) to Koraha Road.
Muriwai Road: from a point 160 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford) to School Road.
At Muriwai:
Oaia Road.
