Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Amendment to Schedule

Further to the approval I gave on 8 December 1992, pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, to Bateman Coutts & Bruce Pty Limited, Sydney, Australia, on behalf of their client, Kelloggs (Aus) Pty Limited, to conduct within New Zealand a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme for Kelloggs Nutri-Grain, be it known that:

Conditions (1) and (2) of the Schedule have been amended and permission is now given for:

(1) Kellogg (Aus) Pty Limited to conduct the sales promotion in New Zealand until 31 December 1993.

(2) The results of the lottery to be published in the New Zealand Herald, no later than 15 January 1994.

Other conditions shall still apply.
