Preliminary Determination: Plaster of Paris Bandages From Germany

Pursuant to section 12 (1) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I, Philip Burdon, Minister of Commerce, hereby give notice that I have made a preliminary determination on the information made available during the investigation, that there is reasonable cause to believe that the goods subject to this investigation described in the Schedule to this notice, and imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand, are goods in respect of which I may direct the imposition of an anti-dumping duty in accordance with section 14 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988.

The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 3005.90.09.22K of the Tariff of New Zealand. This Tariff Item and Statistical Key is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
