Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the New Zealand Seventh-day Adventist Schools Association Limited, proprietors of the following schools:

Hawkes Bay Adventist School, Napier.

South Auckland Seventh-day Adventist School.

Auckland Seventh-day Adventist High School.

The said integration agreements were executed on the 28th day of January 1993. Copies of the integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.
