Easement Over Land Acquired in Palmerston North City

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired as an easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice (called “the servient tenement”) and shall vest in The Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

“The right to drain sewage” as such expression is defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, together with the additional rights described in clause 5 of the said Schedule, over that part of the servient tenement marked “D” on S.O. Plan 36829.
