Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of April 1986, published in New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 1986, No. 66, page 1903 and registered in the Canterbury Registry as document C. 718338.1 “Declaring Land Between Christchurch and Rangiora Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes” by omitting from the Schedule the words “1.2141 ha (3a) part Rural Section 203, Conveyance 45328 (Deeds Index 3c/s 349)” and substituting the words “0304 square metres, part Rural Section 203, Conveyance 45328 (balance Deeds Index 3c/s 349)”.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Moeraki Survey District—Otago Land District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Waitaki District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
