Amending Notice
Land at Twizel Held for the Generation of Electricity Acquired for a Sewage Treatment Works, Together with Easements to Drain Sewage

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 8th day of December 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 17th day of December 1992, No. 207 at page 4537, by omitting from the declaration the words “save that the lessor’s estate shall also be included in the easements” and inserting in the Schedule after ‘6.3566 hectares’ the following “being part Run 292”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 2nd day of December 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 10th day of December 1992, No. 201 at page 4455, by

(i) deleting from the declaration the words “subject to the covenants in the Second Schedule hereto”;

(ii) deleting the Second Schedule.

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A(3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve, pursuant to section 143A(1)(a) and section 143C(1)(b)(i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.
