Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

4.5631 hectares, more or less, being part Reserve 3224, situated in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District. Part certificate of title 9A/1225 limited; shown as “A” on S.O. Plan 19067.
9.1010 hectares, more or less, being part Reserve 3224, situated in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District. Part certificate of title 9A/1225 limited; shown as “B” on S.O. Plan 19067.
1.9556 hectares, more or less, being part Rural Section 41221, part Reserves 3710 and 4116, situated in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District. Part certificate of title 9A/1225 limited and part New Zealand Gazette, 1984, page 19, document No. GN 471870/1; shown as “A” on S.O. Plan 15232.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Southland District Council
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (accessway) reserve and vests the said reserve in The Southland District Council in trust for that purpose.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1993, No. 14.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
