Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as general public reserve and recreation reserve respectively over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Masterton District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the councils reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
Schedule
Wellington Land District—Masterton District
910 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 16288, situated in Block X, Castlepoint Survey District. (General public reserve) part certificate title 514/247.
1518 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 20970, situated in Block X, Castlepoint Survey District. (Recreation reserve) part certificate title 750/28.

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Tararua District Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for county building over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

1011 square metres, more or less, being Section 15, Block I, Town of Pongaroa. All New Zealand Gazette notice 264469.1.
