Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1993, No. 12.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

126.3630 ha Taharoa A1C11, situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Albatross Survey District. All certificate of title 19C/23.
128.9809 ha Taharoa A1C5B, situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Albatross Survey District. Comprising all the land described in Provisionsl Register, Volume 674, folio 292, South Auckland Land Registry, now certificate of title 674/292.

Corrigendum

Declaring That Land is No Longer a Reserve

In a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 June 1993, No. 92, page 1723, declaring that Lot 71A on Deposited Plan 4529 is no longer a reserve, amend the area to read 1128 square metres instead of 1081 square metres.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
