Road Stopped in Rotorua District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that areas “C” and “D”, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 59340, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33D/989, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Pursuant to section 117, declares that the:

(i) Areas of stopped road firstly to tenthly described, now known as Section 3, S.O. 51769, Section 1, S.O. 51770, Section 2, S.O. 51770, Section 3, S.O. 51770, Section 4, S.O. 51770, Section 5, S.O. 51770, Section 7, S.O. 51770, Section 1, S.O. 51771, Section 2, S.O. 51771 and Section 4, S.O. 51771 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 45A/226, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 946243.5 and H. 946243.6 and to caveat B. 150873, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas of stopped road eleventhly and twelfthly described, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 51769 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25D/340, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 275208.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area of stopped road thirteenthly described, now known as Section 4, S.O. 51769, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25D/335, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 275208.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area of stopped road fourteenthly described, now known as Section 5, S.O. 51769, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 119, folio 103, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 946243.5 and H. 946243.6 and to caveat B. 150873, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) Area of stopped road fifteenthly described, now known as Section 6, S.O. 51771, shall be amalgamated with the land in Proclamation S. 92130, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vi) Area of stopped road sixteenthly described, now known as Section 7, S.O. 51771, shall be amalgamated with the land in Proclamation S. 92129, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vii) Areas of stopped road seventeenthly and eighteenthly described, now known as Sections 8 and 9, S.O. 51771 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 151, folio 268, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 160813 and to caveat B. 144443, South Auckland Land Registry.

(viii) Areas of stopped road nineteenthly to twenty-fifthly described, now known as Sections 10, 11 and 12, S.O. 51771 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 107, folio 81, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 160813 and to caveat B. 144443, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ix) Areas of stopped road twenty-sixthly to twenty-ninthly described, now known as Sections 1 to 5, S.O. 51772 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12D/1144, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 893164.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(x) Area of stopped road twenty-seventhly described, now known as Section 6, S.O. 51770, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 38B/21, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 783242.2 and H. 783242.3 and to statutory land charge H. 849748, South Auckland Land Registry.
