Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 63/21, North Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired in Connection With the Auckland-Waivera Motorway in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired excepting all minerals not taken by New Zealand Gazette notice A612032, in connection with the Auckland-Waivera motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
