Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58966, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50C/476, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “B”, “C” and “E”, now known as Sections 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 58966, respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50C/475, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 094796.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “F”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 56689, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1214, folio 61, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “G”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 56689, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1245, folio 72, South Auckland Land Registry.
