Notice of Intention to Take Land for Buildings of the General Government in Wellington City

Take notice that the Minister of Lands proposes to take under
the Public Works Act 1981, the interest of Henry Plimmer in
the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
The land is required for buildings of the General Government
and it is intended to use the land for the purposes of such
public work.

And notice is hereby given, that the land so required to be
taken is shown on a plan lodged in the offices of the Chief
Surveyor, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Wellington, and there numbered Survey Office Plan
No. 36713.

Your interest in the land has not yet been taken.

Henry Plimmer or his successor or any other person who has
an estate or interest in the land has a right to object to the
taking of that interest in the land.

If you wish to object you must send a written objection to the
Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice
Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 10
working days after the second publication of this notice.

If you make an objection, a public hearing of the objection will
be held unless you give written notice to the Tribunal that you
want the hearing to be held in private.

If you make an objection,—

Road Realignment in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District
Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information,
Hamilton,

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The
Waitomo District Council,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
