Land Acquired for Road in Wanganui District

(State Highway No. 4)

Pursuant to section 20 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road (State Highway No. 4) and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for river control purposes and shall vest in The Southland Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for Government purposes and further declares pursuant to section 42 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being no longer required for Government purposes be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948 on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
