Fire Service Act 1975

South Canterbury Fire Districts Notice 1992

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the South Canterbury Fire Districts Notice 1992.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 4th day of May 1992.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for each of the Fire Districts listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

4. The urban areas of the towns listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into Fire Districts.

5. The boundaries of the constituted Fire Districts listed in the Schedule are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989

The DFC New Zealand Limited (Appointment of Advisory Committee) Notice 1992

Pursuant to section 119 (5) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, I, the Honourable Ruth Richardson, the Minister of Finance, in accordance with a recommendation of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, give the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the DFC New Zealand Limited (Appointment of Advisory Committee) Notice 1992.

2. Appointment of additional member to advisory committee

   (i) The following person, namely—

   Samford Lee Maier, of Wellington, banker, is hereby appointed as an additional member of the Advisory Committee to advise the statutory managers of the companies that are subject to statutory management under Part V of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 by virtue of the DFC New Zealand Limited (Statutory Management) Order 1990 on the exercise of the powers conferred by Part V of that Act in relation to those companies.

   (ii) Samford Lee Maier is appointed for a period that commences on the 1st day of May 1992 and that expires on the 31st day of December 1992.

Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 and Section 6 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Pursuant to section 5 and section 6 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Denis William Anson Marshall, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale, lease, other disposition or modification of the land currently vested in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council and Napier City Council which is between the line described in the Schedule and the balance land described in the Second Schedule to The Napier Harbour Board Amendment and Endowment Improvement Act 1887.

In terms of section 5 (2) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, the approval shall take effect on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
