Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 and Section 6 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991
Pursuant to section 5 and section 6 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Denis William Anson Marshall, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale, lease, other disposition or modification of the land currently vested in The Hawke’s Bay Airport Authority and described in the Schedule.
In terms of section 5 (2) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, the approval shall take effect on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

All that area of land bounded by a line commencing at a point being the north east corner of Lot 3, D.P. 11043, being the north east corner of the Hawke’s Bay Airport, thence generally westerly and southerly, along the northern boundary of the said Lot 3, and Lot 1, D.P. 11043, to the northern boundary of Section 35, S.O. 5831, thence westerly, southerly, and easterly along the northern, western and southern boundaries of the said Section 35, to and again southerly along the
