Road Realignment for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1) in South Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.
