Realignment of State Highway No. 2 Near Darky Spur, Napier District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 2.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and that such stopped road (now known as Section 5, S.O. 10322) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A3/293.

Pursuant to sections 114, 116 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be acquired for road, and the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and the land first described to be amalgamated with certificate of title 40C/86, the land second described be amalgamated with certificate of title 40C/89 subject to mortgage 315646, and the land thirdly described to be amalgamated with certificate of title 39B/535.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land for the Purposes of a Quarry in Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the notice dated the 27th day of October 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 November 1992, No. 179, page 3750 by amending the Schedule to read “5.5404 hectares, being parts of Section 5 of the Porirua District, being balance of certificate of title 426/272.”
