Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a landing place and recreational area for the common use and benefit for the beneficiaries of Ngapumanawa, Rakao. Homaitawhiti and Hinekura Marae.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks X and XI, Rotoriti Survey District, and described as follows:

Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a place of historical interest, recreational ground, meeting place and papa kainga concept Te Kuku O Te Manawa Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Kataraina Heke in particular, Ngati Te Roro-O-Te Rangi Hapu and such other as the trustees shall from time to time determine in general.

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a scenic reserve in its natural state for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners and their descendants.
