Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 5) 1992
Pursuant to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.
Notice
Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 5) 1992.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1993.
2. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended—The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key represented by the Tariff item and codes 1901.90.09 21E, 1901.90.09 23A, 1901.90.09 25H, and 1901.90.09 29L, and substituting the statistical key specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Defence Act 1990, Her Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Naval Forces.
