Commander John Francis Lowen is re-appointed to the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves from 1 August 1992 until 12 September 1992; and placed on the Retired List of the RNZN with effect from 13 September 1992.

Michael Frank Prior, RN Rtd, is appointed to the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves in the rank of Lieutenant Commander, with effect from 31 August 1992.

The engagement of Lieutenant E.D.J. Isaac is terminated with effect from 3 June 1992, and he is re-appointed to the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves in the rank of Lieutenant Commander with effect from 4 June 1992.

ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVAL VOLUNTEER RESERVE
