Thence in a generally northern direction along the eastern bank of the Waikato River to the point of commencement at the south-western corner of Allotment 25, Otau Parish, Block XII, Waikato Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan NRFA 109, deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Fire Service Act 1975

Central Plateau/King Country Fire Districts Notice 1992

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Central Plateau/King Country Fire Districts Notice 1992.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 30th day of November 1992.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for each of the Fire Districts listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

4. The Urban areas of the towns listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into Fire Districts.

5. The boundaries of the constituted Fire Districts listed in the Schedule are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1992

Pursuant to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1992.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 19th day of November 1992.

2. Fees for documents—The fees which the New Zealand Railways Corporation may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

3. All fees quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

4. The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1991 is hereby revoked.
