Road Realignment in Taupo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares the pieces of stopped road seventhly and ninthly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 53903 and Section 1, S.O. 58337 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47B/362, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 596487.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road thirdly described, now known as Section 2, S.O. 53903, the piece of stopped road firstly described and the land taken firstly described, now known together as Section 3, S.O. 53903, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 37A/790, South Auckland Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declare the piece of stopped road fifthly described and the land taken secondly described, now known together as Section 4, S.O. 53903, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 45A/435, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 070333.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(g) Pursuant to section 117, declares the piece of stopped road sixthly described, now known as Section 5, S.O. 53903, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50A/410, South Auckland Land Registry.

(h) Pursuant to section 117, declares the pieces of stopped road secondly, fourthly, and eighthly described, now known as Sections 6 and 7, S.O. 53903, and Section 2, S.O. 58337 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47B/364, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 846850, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for a State primary school and vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.
