Amending a Notice Relating Road (State Highway No. 2) in Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice, dated the 3rd day of September 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1992, No. 145, at page 3059, realigning road in Whakatane District, by deleting in paragraph (b) “H. 600829.2” and substituting “B. 109309.6” and also by deleting “and to encumbrance H. 988758.2”.

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 30) in Rotorua District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:
